Are you drooling yet?
Seriously. How could I NOT make these cookies? They sounded so delicious! They are basically a combination of my two favorite desserts.
You can find the recipe here.
Not only were these delicious, but they were very easy to make too!
The only little issue that I had was that they took more like 12-15 minutes to bake, rather than the 8-10 that is suggested in the recipe. This could be because I made my balls of dough pretty generous. It could also be that I refrigerated them for more like 90 minutes – rather than the 30-60 that was recommended. Umm….mostly because I lost track of time. But really it didn’t matter, they just cooked for a little longer, and were still delicious!
Ease: A-, only because there is a refrigeration step so takes a bit of time, everything else is not hard at all.
Taste: A+, these were SO good. They really do have that brownie consistency in a cookie form.
Would I make them again? Absolutely. They were so good, and easy!

I realize, that it has been over two months since I was in Disney World, but I swear I’m going to finish my recaps soon. Only one meal, and a wrap up left. Hopefully you all aren’t sick of hearing about it yet – or maybe it was good to give you a little break from it for a while 🙂
Instead of working on those posts that have been hanging needing to be finished for months, I changed up my blog a bit! You should click on over and check it out! New color scheme, layout, and I made an inspirations page!
Here is a taste of what you can find there:
