Chobani Strawberry Scones

Remember when I said I looked at the Chobani Kitchen recipe page and there were so many things that I wanted to make that I couldn’t decide what to make first?  Well I wasn’t lying.  After making the Cho Mac and Cheese, I decided to make Strawberry Scones with Chobani.  You can find the recipe here.

Strawberries and one of my favorite fruits ever.  I don’t love scones, but I’m liking them more and more each time that I make them.  (The cinnamon chip scones that I made should be evidence of that fact.)  One day I will get a pastry blender so that I don’t have to mix the dough with my hands.

Strawberry Chobani Scone

These were SO delicious.  They were less dense than previous scones that I’ve made, they tasted almost more like the texture of a biscuit – but that is not a bad thing. YUM!

The husband decided to get creative and fold some peanut butter into his at the last minute.  Apparently that just made it even more delicious.

Strawberry PB Scone

Ease: A-, really only because the dough needed some hands on work (literally. hahah…) but other than that there are very few ingredients and it didn’t take very long.
Taste: A+, very, very, good.

Would I make them again? Yes.  In fact, I already have 🙂

  2. I’ve never made scones before, but now I’m tempted to. LOVE strawberries, and it sounds like fun. 🙂

    • DO IT! They are SO good and not too hard to make as long as you don’t mind getting your hands a little messy! 🙂
