Full Disclosure: I paid for this meal with my own money and I was in no way reimbursed for this blog post. The opinions are completely my own.
For all of the love that I’ve already shown about the Reading Terminal Market, it probably will be no surprise to you when I tell you that I ate there again for dinner while I was in Philadelphia. I again wandered for a while before finding something that I wanted to eat. This time, I headed to the 12h Street Cantina (I couldn’t find a link to an actual website, so that is a link to their Yelp page.)
I’m not a huge fan of Mexican food, but for some reason a quesadilla sounded good to me.
I got a chicken and cheese quesadilla…..and as you can tell from the photo there are some veggies in there as well. I’m not a fan of veggies in my quesadilla (yes, I am a picky eater) so I picked them out. The cheese and tortilla were fantastic, you could tell that the tortilla was freshly made. The chicken was just alright, a little bit dry but not too bad.
Taste: B, it was just alright.
Cost: A, even considering that I didn’t love it, it was still a good value for only $4.95!
Would I go there again? Probably not, I’m just not that much of a fan of Mexican food so when I do have it I definitely want it to be something that I love.
