Simple Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Sometimes, easy is the answer. This recipe has 5 ingredients.  One of them is a box of Devils Food Cake Mix.  That does not make them any less delicious. You can find the recipe here.

Chocolate Crinkle Cookie
Just make these cookies.  You won’t regret it.  They are like delicious chocolatey clouds.

Chocolate Crinkle Cookie

They are incredibly easy, and delicious.  The only problem I had was that I wasn’t sure if I cooked mine enough.  I enjoy my cookies on the gooey side, so a little underdone is ok with me, but I’m not sure if they were completely done by normal standards.  I think it would have helped if I flattened them out a bit more they would have probably cooked faster and more thoroughly.

Ease: A+, 5 ingredients.  One is a box of cake mix. Win.
Taste: A+, delicious chocolatey goodness.

Would I make them again? I think so.  They would probably be really good with peppermint bits, or peppermint extract in them too!

  1. These look FANTASTIC.

I feel that I comment more on desserts than on other things you post. I’m not sure if I should apologize for that or not.

On a related note, I plan on making those oreo balls that you posted about forever ago that I’ve already made before, only I’m going to change them just a tad…to make them look like eyeballs…for a Halloween party. 🙂 I’m pretty excited. 😀

    • Do not apologize, no doubt they are better than most other posts 🙂

That sounds like an awesome idea with the Oreo balls! I want to see a picture of the finished product! 🙂

  2. You’re right. Those + peppermints = perfect Christmas treat.
