It’s project life time!
Lots of things in the spread this week, I didn’t struggle with finding things to include at all this week. In fact, I might have gone a bit overboard. But the point is to create and record memories, right?
Here is the full spread….it looks a bit messy because I used two different inserts this week in addition to my usual two pages.

So, if we are starting at the beginning of the week, the yellow insert that you see would be first. That is the little “report card” that we get when Olive stays at the doggie hotel when we are out of town. She was there while we were in Chicago last weekend and we picked her up Sunday evening, (I just used a regular 8.5×11 insert)
The left side of the spread is mostly photographs. Pugs and cats and things. The usual.
Oh! I also got some new washi tape this week.
The right page has a variety of things. My Julep box came, as well as a fun delivery from Chobani! They sent me two of their latest flavors – pear and banana! I haven’t had the banana yet, but the pear is delicious! It has real chunks of pear in it – and lots of it! I’m the kind of person that needs a bit of pear in every spoonful, and there is definitely enough to do that. Thanks Chobani!!
The start of February also started the 28 Day Blog Challenge (#28DBC) that Katy Widrick is hosting. The idea is to do something to improve your blog every day throughout the month of February. There is a list of ideas that Katy supplied, but basically you can do anything that works for you. And of course there are prizes. So far I’m 2 for 2, and I figured it would be a good thing to include in my Project Life layouts.
I added a second insert this week. I was a little Instagram happy, so I added an insert for those as well. (I used a Design I insert) I really like how they turned out printed 4in x 4in.
I cannot believe it is February already!!
Hope everyone had a great week!

Well, I may have been on top of things the first two days of #28DBC, but I have no idea what to do today!
I’m glad you described the #28dbc I saw it, signed up on the website, and then realized I couldn’t find the challenges…good to know its make your own!
No problem! I know a bunch of people were confused about it, but I love that I can just do whatever works for me and it counts toward the challenge!
Yeah! Now I just need to get my butt in gear and make some changes!
[…] to scroll through the page and not find the 28 challenges! It took some more blog reading to find Brownies and Zucchini’s post about the same challenge, until I realized it was a “name your own” challenge. I just […]
I’m so glad that you are posting your Project Life updates. I have all my goodies to do it, but just…don’t. This is the year! I’m thinking of starting around my birthday later this month. Your book is looking great!
Thanks!! You should definitely do it if you already have all of the goodies. I still love it 5 weeks in, and hopefully that will continue through the busier parts of the year as well!
