Project Life Week 34 {August 18-24, 2013}

Week 34!

Lots of things went on this week!

The beginning of the week started with me getting my first Barkbox! (affiliate link) Yep, that is a monthly box subscription for dogs. It is a little more expensive than a lot of the monthly subscriptions that I’ve had, so I have been hesitant to subscribe. Alicia (well, Buddy) is a subscriber and actually gifted me (well, Olive) a box! We loved it, and I decided to order another one for next month. The treats and toys that were in the box were very good quality and Olive loved them, but I am afraid that they are going to start to pile up since Olive won’t go through them all in a month. We’ll see after next month if I continue the subscription or not.

This week Brew Over Ice sent me some goodies and I hosted a giveaway on the blog. Coincidentally it was also crazy hot this week, so the iced beverages came at a great time!!

This week I also started watching The West Wing on Netflix! (Finally, I know!) I really enjoy it so far. I can’t help but think Chris Traeger every time Sam Seaborn talks though.

The week ended with lunch with my Mom, Aunt, and Grandma at Craftsman Table and Tap. And then of course we had to stop at Menchie’s next door for FroYo.

The biggest event that happened this week was that my good friend had her baby! It was a pretty big surprise because he was about a month early. He is pretty tiny – but mom and baby are both doing well!
