Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars

I mentioned when I wrote about the delicious breakfast potatoes that I made, that I also made a couple of desserts for that brunch as well.  One of those desserts was lemon bundt cake, that I’ve made in the past. (and is super easy to make and turns out delicious.)  The other was a request from my Mom to make Two Peas and Their Pod’s recipe for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars.  I’m not a fan of pumpkin, but other people are, so I figured it would be a good way for me to try a new recipe, even if I wasn’t going to eat it.

The process of making the bars was pretty much the same as any other chocolate chip bar recipe – basically just with the addition of pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.

I didn’t eat any of them, so I can’t really comment on taste, but they looked like they turned out well and people seemed to enjoy them.

Ease: A, not any more difficult than any other bar recipe.
Taste: ?, can’t really comment because I didn’t try any but they seemed to go over well.

Would I make them again?  Yeah I think so.  I know I have lots of other friends that are pumpkin fans, so I may make them again for another gathering or gift.
