Full Disclosure: In exchange for this post, the nice people behind The Color Run are giving two tickets away to my readers to the race of their choice. I am not being otherwise compensated for this post, and as always the opinions are completely my own.
Now that we are deep in to Winter (here in Wisconsin at least), I know I am not the only one who is longing for sunshine and warmth. The trip to Florida a couple of weeks ago did the trick for a while, but being back in cold, snowy, Wisconsin, is definitely wearing on me. One thing that helps me survive this time of year (don’t get me wrong, I love all four seasons, Winter is just a bit rough) is thinking and planning about things in the future warmer weather.

I am currently taking a bit of a break from running, but I’m considering some summer races and I know that those are something that people often plan ahead for. The fun thing about planning ahead is that it gives you something fun to look forward to when the warmer weather rolls around. My favorite races are the “fun run” type races that are getting more and more common, and one that I’ve done the past two years is The Color Run 5k. It is such a lighthearted and fun race, and people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities, run it.
In 2014, The Color Run is coming at you with a whole new tour – they are calling it the Kaliedoscope Tour! Good news for you – the nice people at The Color Run are giving TWO race entries away to my lovely readers! You don’t have to be local either, the entries will be to whatever race you want to run, as long as it isn’t already sold out! There are many, many, different locations this year all over the country. (and beyond!) You can check out all of the locations here. (Local friends, the Madison race is on 5/4/14!)
Enter to win a race entry by following the directions in the rafflecopter widget below!
You have until midnight on 1/31 to enter, I will pick a winner on 2/1. If you are a winner and do not respond to my email within 48 hours, I will pick a new winner.
Good luck!
